Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of personal data held by SKY CREATION INTERIOR DESIGN PTE. LTD. in connection with a website, Meta lead form, Facebook or Instagram enquiry, WhatsApp conversation, consultation or marketing campaign.
How to submit a request
- Email work.jodd@gmail.com.
- Use the subject: Personal Data Deletion Request.
- Provide your name, the contact detail used for the enquiry, the channel used and an approximate enquiry date.
- Do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary identity documents.
Verification
We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you. This helps prevent unauthorised deletion or disclosure.
Processing time
We generally aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is reasonably required, we will inform you. Data may be retained where required for an active contract, legal obligation, fraud prevention, security, accounting or dispute purpose. Residual encrypted backups may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires.
Confirmation
After processing, we will confirm whether the relevant data was deleted, anonymised or retained for a stated lawful reason.
