Sky Creation · Commercial spaces
Bring your workplace layout, office fit-out scope and move-in requirements into one coordinated plan. Sky Creation supports business spaces through interior design, renovation, in-house carpentry and dedicated project management.
Start with the working day
A meeting room that interrupts focused work, a crowded arrival area or storage that spills into circulation can make an office harder to use. Before choosing finishes, map how staff, visitors and equipment move through the premises.
Review workstation needs, calls, shared equipment and storage alongside circulation and access to support spaces.
Plan arrival, waiting and meeting areas around the experience you want clients and colleagues to have.
Identify pantry, printing, deliveries and maintenance needs before fixed layouts and carpentry details are confirmed.
Define the fit-out
Translate headcount, working patterns and brand requirements into a practical spatial brief. Test furniture positions, meeting-room use and storage against the actual premises.
Coordinate the agreed interior works and built-ins. In-house carpentry supports the connection between design dimensions, fabrication and site installation.
Identify interfaces with lighting, power, data, air-conditioning and other relevant systems. Record the specialist responsibilities and existing conditions before closing ceilings or joinery.
Agree access, protection, delivery sequence and inspections. Keep outstanding items, equipment documentation and after-sales contacts clear at handover.
Make inclusions and exclusions visible. Loose furniture, IT equipment, specialist systems, professional fees and reinstatement works should be identified in the quotation rather than assumed to be part of a general fit-out allowance.
A coordinated programme
Bring the floor plan, current photographs, intended use, headcount and target timing. Identify retained items and any lease or handover conditions affecting the work.
Develop the layout alongside services and material choices. Confirm building-management requirements and identify the relevant professional assessments or submissions for the proposed scope.
Sequence removal, preparation, services, finishes and installation around the actual building access arrangements. Record changes and their impact before treating them as agreed work.
Review completed works, outstanding items and the requirements relevant to occupation. Coordinate furniture and equipment setup with the business move rather than relying only on a construction end date.
See our renovation project management approach for the wider coordination process.
Cost and timing
The condition of the premises, retained installations, partition layout, finish specification and service changes all affect the work required. Building access, deliveries and professional review can also influence sequencing.
If the office is occupied, discuss whether the work requires temporary relocation. A phased programme needs its own assessment of access, utilities and separation from work areas; it is not automatically faster or less disruptive.

The agreed scope may include space planning, partitions, finishes, carpentry and coordination of building services. Confirm which specialist works, professional appointments, furniture, equipment and submissions are included before comparing quotations.
A meaningful quotation needs the premises condition, usable layout, specification and building requirements. Separate fit-out works from furniture, specialist systems, professional fees and any reinstatement obligations; do not compare floor-area rates without checking the inclusions.
This depends on the assessed scope, access, service interruptions and separation from work areas. Discuss vacant possession, temporary relocation or an assessed phased programme before committing to dates. Continuous business operation cannot be assumed.
Agree the responsible parties and appointments for the actual scope. Landlord or building-management requirements and any applicable authority submissions should be reviewed early with the relevant professionals. Approval requirements vary with the premises and proposed work.
