This Privacy Policy explains how SKY CREATION INTERIOR DESIGN PTE. LTD. (“Sky Creation”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, protects and retains personal data in connection with our websites, renovation enquiries, advertising campaigns, consultations and communication channels.

1. Personal data we may collect

• name, telephone number, email address and preferred contact method;
• property type, project address or general location, renovation scope, budget range, intended timeline and consultation preferences;
• messages, floor plans, photographs and other information you choose to provide;
• advertising and website information such as referral source, campaign parameters, form activity, device/browser information, IP address and cookie or analytics identifiers; and
• records of enquiries, quotations, appointments and service communications.

2. How we collect personal data

We may collect personal data directly from you through our website forms, telephone, email, WhatsApp, consultations and other interactions. We may also receive data when you submit an enquiry through Meta platforms, including Facebook or Instagram lead forms, or from service providers acting on our behalf.

3. Purposes

We may use personal data to respond to enquiries; arrange consultations; understand renovation requirements; prepare or follow up on quotations; manage customer relationships; communicate about requested services; improve our website, advertising and enquiry process; measure campaign performance; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

4. Consent and withdrawal

Where consent is required, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may limit our ability to continue an enquiry or provide a requested service.

5. Disclosure and service providers

We may disclose relevant personal data to authorised employees, related operational teams and service providers supporting website hosting, forms, customer relationship management, analytics, advertising, communications, IT security, professional advice and regulatory compliance. We do not sell personal data. Service providers are expected to handle data only for the relevant service and with appropriate safeguards.

Data that is no longer required is deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of.
