The Lush
Minimalist, Modern
The Lush is positioned around entry sequence, bedroom, and balcony, turning the project into a more readable condo narrative instead of a generic image-led portfolio page. The revised copy focuses on how those spaces influence everyday living.
A More Specific Condo Narrative Through Entry Sequence And Bedroom
This condo case study is most convincing when entry sequence, bedroom, and balcony are treated as part of the same daily rhythm. The project feels more complete because those zones work together instead of competing for attention.
At The Lush, entry sequence, bedroom, and balcony do most of the real design work. They give the condo plan more structure, which helps the whole home feel clearer and more deliberate in daily use.
About this renovation
The Lush is a condo home in Singapore finished in a minimalist and modern direction, with careful attention to entry sequence, bedroom, and Balcony. The overview and gallery work together so visitors can understand the layout story, materials, and everyday flow before viewing the photography in detail.
“The real upgrade happens when circulation, storage, and mood stop competing with one another and start working together.”

Condo The Lush 3D Interior Design
This The Lush condominium concept uses a light minimalist palette, warm concealed lighting and rounded forms to connect the entrance, living and dining areas. The same quiet material direction continues through the utility zone, balcony, bedrooms and bathroom.

3D planning for a more coherent home flow
At the entrance, vertical fluting and a sculptural artwork frame the view towards the bright shared spaces. The living room pairs a wall-mounted television with a slim low console, soft seating and a black-framed opening to the balcony. A rounded pedestal dining table and sculptural pendant light sit beside pale full-height kitchen cabinetry, while the adjoining utility area integrates the washing machine and storage. Full-height balcony storage, an upholstered master bed, illuminated bedroom shelving and a floating bathroom vanity extend the restrained storage and lighting language across the home.

3D project walkthrough
Follow the entrance, living and dining areas, utility zone, balcony, bedrooms and bathroom through this 3D walkthrough. The sequence shows how circulation, built-in storage, lighting and material continuity can be coordinated before renovation; these are design visuals rather than photographs of a completed home.
These visuals present the proposed 3D interior design concept and are not photographs of the completed home. Final details may vary according to site conditions, selected materials and approved design revisions.
