Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Sky Creation websites, online forms, advertising enquiry routes and related digital content.

1. Information and enquiries

Website and advertising content is general information and an invitation to enquire. It is not a binding quotation, professional engineering opinion, approval or contract. Project scope, pricing, exclusions, specifications, schedules and responsibilities are governed only by the final written quotation or agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

2. Accuracy of submitted information

You agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorised to share. You must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious content through our forms or communication channels.

3. Project information

Indicative designs, timelines, materials and pricing may change after site inspection, measurements, authority or management requirements, technical assessment, availability and confirmation of the final scope.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, layouts, project material and visual content are owned by or licensed to Sky Creation. They may not be reproduced, modified or used commercially without written permission.

5. Third-party services

Our services may link to or use third-party platforms including Meta, Google and WhatsApp. Their availability, security and data handling are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep our digital services accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, Sky Creation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or unavailable third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, unless the parties agree to another lawful dispute-resolution process.
